Director of Events

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating, planning, scheduling and managing events (competitions, workshops and agency tours)
  • Work in cross-functional teams to ensure delegated tasks are completed
  • Assist in finding new sponsors and partnerships for club events
  • Time commitment will be increased during large events

Preferred Skills:
  • Self-motivated and passionate about event planning
  • Experience with event planning and event marketing
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have exceptional organizational skills
  • Be able to effectively prioritize and manage time
  • Be able to work within a team setting

Hourly Time Commitment:
3-5 Hours/Week
