Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator for Women in Leadership Laurier is responsible for maintaining and tracking the organization’s expenditures through reimbursing WILL executives. It is essential that the Finance Coordinator ensures all money spent within WILL is accounted for and members are reimbursed accordingly. This individual will assist the Finance VPs with budget management while contributing to the development and smooth running of WILL as a club.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and track expenditures by ensuring all money is accounted for & members are reimbursed in a timely manner
  • Assisting in budget management and overseeing the prompt collection of receipts
  • Serve as a key internal contact for finance-related inquiries from WILL executives
  • Oversee financial administration and documentation
  • Report to the Vice-Presidents of Finance and act as a key resource for the club
