Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with the Vice President of Internal Relations to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Women in Leadership Laurier. They will ensure that the executive team is kept up to date on all functional areas while emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment.

  • Helping Vice President with virtual meeting planning and content
  • Organizing virtual internal events
  • Work with Vice President to organize a philanthropic event in the Kitchener-Waterloo area
  • Sending out internal newsletters to the entire executive team
  • Sending out external newsletters for all the general members

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Time Commitment:

  • An average of 3 hours per week (more hours may be required at the discretion of your VPs)
