Description:
The Strategy Senior Editors role will oversee the process of the creation of LBER's magazine which includes content, writing, and layout. This role will collaborate with other senior editors in their respective fields that will synergize and create a consistent, interesting, and engaging magazine. Topics may include business decision making across a variety of functional areas and their effect on company goals. This person must be passionate and show leader capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Creation of a magazine plan that synergizes all different areas of the senior editors.
Manage the magazine's researchers and editors.
Oversee the writing and layout of the magazine.
Qualifications:
Previous management experience is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Time Commitment:
