Student Involvement Certificate
What is the certificate?
This year, we are introducing the LazSoc Student Involvement Certificate. This will be a certificate that recognizes your attendance at club events and overall involvement in the school community. Your certificate will be signed by our LazSoc Co-Presidents, Ben Jesseau and Julie Tanna, as well as Dean Shelley McGill. It will also be great to show off on your LinkedIn, so that potential employers can see that your commitment to your school community has been recognized in a formal manner.
To earn this certificate, you’ll need to attend an event from at least 4 different LazSoc clubs throughout the 2022/2023 academic year (Fall and Winter terms). To put it simply, this means 4 events from 4 different clubs over the next 8 months.
After this, you can fill out the Google Form to apply for the certificate. This form will be due at 11:59PM on Sunday, April 2, 2023 so make sure to get it in on time to ensure you are considered for the certificate.
