Position Summary: The Director of Culture is responsible for helping to manage internal operations of the club, facilitating communication across portfolios, and fostering a community aligned with LBER's strategic vision. This role involves close collaboration with all of LBER's portfolio's to coordinate activities and events. The director will identify opportunities to enhance team cohesion and address areas of improvement within the community. They will lead initiatives aimed at strengthening the club's unity and adapt strategies to meet current objectives. Additionally, the Director will help contribute insights to enhance LBER's overall experience and reputation
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the culture team in conducting internal affairs, consisting of 2 -3 directors responsible for the clubs internal initiatives.
2. Oversee all culture and internal focused strategies, facilitate connection between all portfolios.
3. Coordinate team events, implement strategies to improve functionality of club, and work alongside team members at all levels.
4. Remaining up to date with campus/ club topics and news within the Lazaridis community.
5. Brainstorm and implement strategies to improve LBER's sense of community
