Position Summary:
The role of the Operations Director will concern supporting the VP of Operations in developing a publication pipeline strategy. The role will aid in creating content ideas and feedback for the strategy to create an impression-worthy content magazine. The director will aid in researching current affairs and businesses/economic news. Ensure operations in the portfolio are meeting deadlines and expectations of the annual club plan.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring deadlines are being met according to the annual club plan.
- Generate content ideas and receive feedback for better future posts.
- Help develop ideas for events, initiatives and interviews.
- Ensuring writers are complying with content and AI policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with editing is recommended.
- Firm grasp of MLA, APA and other citation formats
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
